This composition is my favourite from this soundtrack. The film itself isn’t that good, typically French in that it’s about a dirty old man gagging after a woman less than half his age and getting some. However, the shots of Paris in the early seventies are incredibly atmospheric and the ambience generated is contagious. Gato Barbieri plays like a more aggressive version of Kenny G at times, but what makes this track is the wooping, yelping and percussive depth.
