A track which, true to its name, is one that invites solitary speculation and reflection, while fluctuating along its lateral line, offering plenty of twists and turns along the way. The production on this album is refined throughout, with each tune taking the listener on a unique mini journey. Of Detroit, but quite a unique and under appreciated piece of work. For some reason Stacey Pullen’s profile has remained quite low throughout his career. Maybe it’s because he has never been very prolific. One of the best DJs I’ve ever seen though. A set he played at The Rex shortly after his ‘DJ Kicks’ came out is unforgettable, as was when he played a deep house set at Kenny Hawkes’ and Luke Solomon’s ‘Space’.
