Last night I was in Sheffield to see Cabaret Voltaire’s final UK gig. And while it was great, emotional, all those things you would expect, I remember the performance of the support act, Gazelle Twin, just as much. And I’[m annoyed because I didn’t catch all of her set. Just the final twenty minutes or so. Still it was more than enough to elect a lot of interest. In the short time she was on stage I was completely transfixed. A compelling, sonically unique performer.
