We do like a bit of Lindstrom over here at Cacophonous Towers, and this recent effort from him really does the trick. It’s a piece of disco euphoria which sustains its energy throughout its seven minutes, going up a notch just when needed. Of course it’s repetitive, but that’s exactly what you want tracks like this to be. You want to know what’s coming around the corner, there’s comfort in familiarity. This is proper hands in the air business and although has that eternal sun vibe, perhaps it’s only possible for someone from Scandinavia to realise it. Really, really good.
